POSITION: Accounting, Business Office Manager

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Finance and Administration

EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: None

POSITION STATUS: Exempt

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in accounting or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in a combination of accounting, business, payroll, administration, and/or human resources.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead business office functions that include:
  • Processing payroll
  • Processing accounts payable and billing/receivables
  • Preparing bank deposit and cash receipts and disbursement 
  • Support employee on-boarding and HR support including new hire documentation, benefits renewals, and management of personnel records 
  • Maintain business office records

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of various materials on an occasional basis
  • Ability to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time while performing job-related tasks

 

SCHEDULE:

Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional hours are required periodically. Future In Sight is located at 25 Walker Street, Concord, NH
