SUMMARY:The Apps Have It! Seeing AI/Lookout/BeMyEyes *ADULTS 55+ ONLY*
DESCRIPTION:Using beneficial apps provides access to print materials in many ways\, such as reading the mail\, identifying prescription bottles\, spices and cooking instructions\, reading menus\, and more! They also offer details in the world around us; finding bus stops\, identifying stains on clothing\, locating dropped medication\, and beyond!  This workshop will describe the layout and functionality of such apps\, as well as real world situations trying out the apps. \nThis workshop will be held in Keene\, NH. \nParticipants must live in NH\, be 55 or older\, be able to provide a recent eye report\, and have a corrected acuity no greater than 20/50. \nTo apply for a spot in an upcoming Tech Workshop\, contact 603-224-4039 or services@futureinsight.org.* \n*Space in these workshops is VERY limited. Someone from Future In Sight will be in contact to complete the paperwork necessary to ensure that you qualify. Please note that you are unable to register for these tech workshops through the same registration system as our other activities (Classy).
