SUMMARY:Windham Rail Trail Walk *ADULTS & YOUNG ADULTS*
DESCRIPTION:This 4.3 mile paved rail trail is rated one of the best in NH. We’ll walk in as far as we allow ourselves to walk back in the allotted time. This is a doable walk for most. Dress appropriately for the weather with comfortable walking shoes\, sunglasses and/or hat\, and bring a water bottle for hydration and a portable snack such as a granola bar for energy. A friend or family member is welcome to attend as your human guide; just be sure any and all guests sign up.\nMeet up point and parking will be at: North end of trail at the Windham Depot \nThis is a rain or shine activity-if there is heavy rain or thunder storms\, we’ll walk the Rockingham park Mall.\n*The deadline to sign up is Thurs. These lunchboxes include Braille on the outside\, as well as being full of dental treasures. the lessons in lunchboxes promotes healthy teeth and the facts about snacks\, as well as brushing and flossing techniques with Dr. Rosato’s instruction on dental hygiene and independence for youth who are blind and visually impaired. When it comes to dental care\, you don’t want your youth to miss the mark. \nWe’ll finish the morning with Fun with Legos.
