Randy brings more than twelve years of leadership and management experience in the non-profit sector to his role at FIS. He has been connected to the organization for more than thirty three years in various capacities beginning as a client along with having been a board member and past board chair. His goal is to inspire all individuals to achieve their peak potential, especially those who experience vision loss and blindness. As a dynamic visionary, inspiring motivational speaker, national marathon champion, and world-traveling adventurer, he has established a well known foundation for outreach and communication.

His memoir, “See You At the Summit”, shares just a part of his life story and has been inspirational to people in overcoming challenges in their lives. The most important steps are those directly ahead as he and guide dog, Swirl, will put their focus forward to lead Future In Sight with the thoughtful determination, passion, and commitment that are his hallmarks.

Nathalie joined Future In Sight in 2014 and has over twenty-five years of business and finance experience. With more than twelve years of experience as a leader in the non-profit sector, she oversees all aspects of financial operations, ensures effective support of program implementation, fiscal responsibility, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance at Future In Sight. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University with an undergraduate degree in accounting. Nathalie has lived in the Concord area for most of her life. She has 3 grown children and grandchildren.

Courtney Hoppe joined Future In Sight in March 2022 with more than twenty years of marketing and communications experience across a variety of industries working in both business and non-profit organizations. Courtney has served non-profits in several capacities, most notably as Director of Strategic Marketing Services and Director of Development & Marketing. She was also involved with a variety of media organizations and is an award-winning broadcaster, emcee and published writer. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marist College. She currently resides in downtown Manchester with roots in Nashua, NH.
