“It was kind of one of those kismet moments where you figure something out.”

As Kelly Spain-Kelly was lining things up for her daughter Delaney’s start in public school, she reached out to Future In Sight for information on services for Delaney.  She heard a lot, particularly of the shortage of trained  professionals who work with the visually impaired. And, life moved forward from there. As Kelly puts it, “I said, ‘I have an education background. What do I need to do to help?'”

“It was kind of one of those kismet moments where you figure something out,” said Spain-Kelly. “I literally got off the phone and was like, ‘This is it. This is what I want to do.’”
