As a dynamic visionary, inspiring motivational speaker, national marathon champion, and world-traveling adventurer, he has established a renowned foundation for connection and communication.

His memoir, “See You At the Summit”, shares just a part of his life story. The most important steps are those directly ahead as he and Guide Dog, Swirl, will put their focus forward to lead Future In Sight with the thoughtful determination, passion, and commitment that are his hallmarks.

Nathalie joined Future In Sight as Vice President of Finance and Administration in May of 2014. Prior to this, she was the Director of Finance for the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law in Concord for five years.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a current member of the New Hampshire Society of Accountants.

Director of Client Services

Combine a deep passion for Future In Sights Mission, a love of people, a tireless advocate and a love of service, and you have Ann Kline. Serving as the Director of Client Services at Future In Sight since March of 2022, Ann is ready to take on challenging responsibilities, such as ensuring access to quality services and developing programs to meet the unique needs of clients across the age span and their families.  Being a mother of a child with cortical visual impairment and an Occupational Therapist who has spent her 22 year career supporting children and adults she is excited to take on this role and meet all of those supported by Future In Sight.

Ann is a lifelong learner and has already obtained her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2000, her Post Professional Advanced Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2006 and her Post Professional Advanced Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2009 and always seeks to learn more.  In addition to being an Occupational Therapist, Ann has been a previous Director of Early Intervention programs in both NH and MA, built OT programs from the ground up, as well as serving in various roles on various Boards of Directors programs within NH.  She has a varied practice background that lends well to managing both adult and youth programs and has forged many relationships within the State of NH and throughout the US on behalf of the clients she has worked with.  Ann resides in Brookline, NH with her family and enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time outdoors, traveling, watching her children play sports and engaging in fun hobbies such as arts and crafts, creating day trips based on her families interests, going to the beach and relaxing in the sun!

Director of Development, Marketing & Communications

Courtney Hoppe has over twenty years of marketing & communications experience in a variety of industries, including enterprise companies and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Future In Sight as our Director of Development, Marketing & Communications, Courtney was the Director of Strategic Marketing Services for an agency where she handled a book of national non-profit clients and served as the Director of Development & Marketing for Headrest, a non-profit that provides programs and services to residents of New England who are battling substance use disorder and need crisis support. Prior to this, she spent seven years as the New England Marketing Manager for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits where she developed and managed award-winning cause marketing campaigns for some of the most recognizable adult beverage brands in the world. She has also held posts as the Product Support Group & Communications Manager for FIRST LEGO League, the non-profit organization founded by famed biomedical engineer and NH native Dean Kamen, and as a Marketing Consultant and Contributor for McLean Communications (Yankee Publishing), which owns NH Magazine, the NH Business Review, among others.

Prior to relocating from New York to New Hampshire in 2005, Courtney was the Promotions & Marketing Director for a variety of media organizations and had a notable stint with The Jim Henson Company in NYC. She is also an award-winning broadcaster, emcee and published writer. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marist College. She currently resides in downtown Manchester, NH with roots in Nashua, NH.
