Dr. Randy Pierce

Dr. Randy Pierce

President & CEO

Randy brings more than twelve years of leadership and management experience in the non-profit sector to his role at FIS. He has been connected to the organization for more than thirty three years in various capacities beginning as a client along with having been a board member and past board chair. His goal is to inspire all individuals to achieve their peak potential, especially those who experience vision loss and blindness. As a dynamic visionary, inspiring motivational speaker, national marathon champion, and world-traveling adventurer, he has established a well known foundation for outreach and communication.

His memoir, “See You At the Summit”, shares just a part of his life story and has been inspirational to people in overcoming challenges in their lives. The most important steps are those directly ahead as he and guide dog, Swirl, will put their focus forward to lead Future In Sight with the thoughtful determination, passion, and commitment that are his hallmarks.
