Mindfulness Meditation and More: The Challenge’s of Meditation *ADULTS ONLY*

In this workshop we will take a look at the most common challenges to mindfulness meditation such as, drowsiness, not enough time, distractibility and more, followed by solutions to develop a discipline of mindfulness and meditation. As a group we will practice and discuss exercises that will start you on your journey.
