Randy joined Future In Sight in 2021, bringing more than twelve years of leadership and management experience in the non-profit sector. He had been connected to the organization for more than thirty years in various capacities, beginning as a client then serving as a Board Member and past Board Chair.

Randy’s goal is to inspire all individuals to achieve their peak potential, especially those who experience vision loss and blindness. As a dynamic visionary, national marathon champion, and world-traveling adventurer, Randy has a unique foundation on which to motivate others.

Randy’s memoir “See You At the Summit” shares just a part of his life story and has been inspirational to people in overcoming challenges in their lives. The most important steps are those directly ahead as he and his guide dog Swirl put their focus forward to lead Future In Sight with the thoughtful determination, passion and commitment that are Randy’s hallmarks.

Nathalie joined Future In Sight in 2014 with over twenty-five years of business and finance experience. With more than twelve years of experience as a leader in the non-profit sector, she oversees all aspects of financial operations, ensures effective support of program implementation, fiscal responsibility, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Nathalie holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University plus an undergraduate degree in Accounting.

Courtney joined Future In Sight in 2022 with more than twenty-five years of marketing and communication experience across a variety of industries, in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. The common thread in Courtney’s career has been mission-driven work, most notably as Communications Manager for a global non-profit based in NH, New England Marketing Manager for a broker of global beverage brands where she leveraged the power of those brands to create cause programming that resulted in significant support given to local charities, Director of Development & Marketing for a NH-based non-profit similar in size and scope to Future In Sight, and Director of Strategic Marketing Services for a marketing agency where she advised a book of national non-profit clients.

Courtney has also created content for a variety of media organizations and is an award-winning broadcaster, emcee and published writer. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Marist College.
