Conquer Self Defense is Southern NH’s fastest growing self defense training facility. Take part in this workshop covering such topics and techniques such as “close quarter encounters” and “what happens when the attack goes to the ground”. Be prepared, protect yourself, and take control of your best self defense. No experience necessary.
