Virtual Visit to Senegal, Africa *ADULTS ONLY*

Sue Jenkins grew up on the Seacoast of NH but spent her adult life in Senegal, West Africa. She and her husband, Jay, raised their family of three in Senegal doing linguistic analysis of the Wamey language and translating it into a written word. They spent half of their time in a small village living out of two mud huts with straw roofs, getting water from a well, and using solar panels to charge a car battery for electricity. The rest of their time was spent in the capital city, Dakar.
